SUMMARY:Octobre rose à Saint-Estèphe
DESCRIPTION:Pour cette 5ème édition\, rendez-vous à SAINT-ESTEPHE\, (parking des écoles) le 4 octobre à 14 h. \nMarches ou courses sont proposées\, départ 14h30. \n\n5 km : parcours familial\n8 km : parcours un peu plus sportif\n13 km : parcours sportif.\n\nCes deux derniers parcours bénéficient d’un point de vue remarquable sur la vallée de la Charente jusqu’aux remparts d’Angoulême. \nCette année encore\, un atelier palpation (utilisation d’un buste en silicone pour trouver les signes qui doivent alerter) sera proposé afin de sensibiliser les femmes mais aussi les hommes au cancer du sein et à l’importance du dépistage. \nA l’arrivée\, une petite collation (jus de fruits\, barres de céréales\, bouteilles d’eau) sera offerte à tous les participants. \nGratuite et ouvert à tous\, vêtus de rose. Tout public et tous moyens de locomotion autorisés (à pied\, vélo\, cheval\, poussettes…). Dans la joie et la bonne humeur. \nUne urne sera à votre disposition pour vos dons. \nNous vous attendons très nombreux pour soutenir la lutte contre le cancer du sein.
